Accommodation reservation will be possible from October 1st 2003. Please note that the accommodation reservations for Hotels should be made with a separate form straight to the Office de Tourisme de Rouen. Accommodation reservation form will be sent to participants by email or will be available on line on the colloquium web site. When fulfilled, you'll have to send it by email, or print it and send it by fax or surface mail to the Office de Tourisme of Rouen. About 150 rooms will be available for the ICSZ and 60 for the ICA in the Panorama Cité (south-west of the site on the Campus map). For the ICSZ, they will be allowed in priority to student participants. Prices A list of prices for Hotels will be available on the colloquium web site, together with the accommodation reservation form. Lunches and dinners Lunches are included in the Colloquium registration fees. They will be taken at the Restaurant Universitaire du Panorama of the Mont Saint Aignan Campus (south-west of the site on the Campus map). Breakfasts and dinners will be at the convenience of each participant, but for people accommodated in the student rooms, breakfasts are included in the price and dinners will be possible at the Restaurant Universitaire du Panorama.
