Any visual documents for oral communications will be possible, including transparencies, slides and Powerpoint or Open Office presentations. Participants who plan to use a Powerpoint presentation will be invited to send their Powerpoint files by email or on a CD to Thibaud Decaëns mailing address at least one week before the beginning of the Colloquium. This is to allow an efficient organisation of the conference programmes and to avoid any problem of incompatibilities between different versions of the software. The standard size of our poster boards is 120cm wide per 170cm height, i.e. portrait format. Please feel free to produce your posters in whichever way you prefer, but do be mindful of the size limits.
